We also provide design consulting for clients working with their own contractor or builder. With over 30 years of design experience, our team is known for a detail-driven approach, creative problem solving, and the ability to work across a wide range of styles to create truly unique spaces. Our design branch, formerly known as Motivo Designs, continues to deliver thoughtful, personalized design solutions that bring clarity, confidence, and cohesion to every project. 

Our in-house design team also produces highly detailed, photo-realistic renderings that include 3D views and floor plans, giving clients a clear and accurate preview of their finished space. These visuals allow you to see exactly how your home will look and feel before construction begins, ensuring confident decisions and a smooth transition from design to build.
